• Can you provide all our web design and hosting services?
• Yes. We are a company which can provide all of your web services. We can register your domain, design and develop your website, provide hosting, create email accounts and update the site for you. You will never be in a problem of not knowing who to call - we're the only company you will have to contact in case of any enquiries
• How much does a website cost?
• There are a lot of factors that are going to affect the cost of a website. A cost of a small, 'brochure' type of site would be much smaller than a cost of e-commerce online shop, a dynamic Web 2.0 portal etc. Main factors also include the timeframe, amount of pages requested and materials supplied. Brochure websites start at 350 pounds, however the price may be cheaper for one-page designs and other pages with a minimum amount of content.
• How long does it take to have the website up-and-running?
• We are aiming to finalize all of our projects within 14 days of receiving the deposit. The time frame depends of the size of web site requested, the complexity of design, and our current schedule. However, if you wish to have your brochure website developed urgently, we may appoint additional resources into your project hand have the website developed in just 4 days (given all the materials, guidance and feedback needed on the day one).
• Can you create multilingual websites?
• Yes we can. Provided the exact translation of the content, we are willing to create websites in as many (preferably European) languages as you would like.
• How can I pay for your services?
• You may pay by PayPal, bank transfer, cheque or cash.
• What is a domain?
• A domain is a specific address of a website. For instance, our domain is 'TeslaCreations.com' while Google uses 'Google.com'.
• Can I choose you to design my site and use my own web hosting?
• Yes you can. You may choose any web host you like. You would have to contact your current host in order to receive FTP access details. Then we would export all files needed for you, free of charge. If you would like a database-driven site (online shop, interactive portal etc) we recommend using one of our hosting plans, as transfer between hosting services may be complicated.
• What is site maintenance?
• If you decide to have a website, in order to attract visitors you would have to change its content constantly. Site maintenance is in simple words changing the content of your website. If you wish to have a website developed by us, you might not need us to change the content of your site after it has been created, if you decide to have a Content Management System developed - in this case, you would be able to do it yourself, free of charge! • What is Content Management System (CMS)
• It is a system which allows you to change the content of you webpage on your own, free of charge. You would not have to sign in to any of our maintenance plans, you would be able to update you website daily, free of charge! CMS tools used by us are very easy to use, effective and intuitive.
• Will we need to have a meeting in connection with the website design?
• In the majority of cases a face-to-face meeting is not necessary. Clients who decide to have a website developed by us are able to track the progress of development live on our private development server. Email and telephone contact in most situations is sufficient, however if you are based in Cheshire, mid-Wales or Avon we may arrange a face-to-face meeting.
• Do you display any banners or pop-up ads on my website?
• No. The moment the full payment for a website has been received is the moment the website is entirely yours. You are the only one who are may choose to advertise on it.
• Will I find my website on Google?
• Yes you will. All websites created by us are search engine friendly and are visible on Google, AOL, Bing and many other search engines.
